Atomic Holiday Bazaar, Sarasota’s Original Indie Arts and Craft Show Enters Its 11th Season

Atomic Holiday Bazaar

Atomic Holiday Bazaar, Sarasota, Florida's original indie arts and craft show enters its eleventh season with shows scheduled on Saturday, December 10, 12:00 and Sunday, December 11, 2016, noon to 5:00 p.m. both days at the Sarasota Municipal Auditorium.

This year’s show features 200+ vendors in both the Main auditorium, the Bay Front room located at the back side of the building and a street fair in between the auditorium and the Art Center. Joining in this year’s Atomic weekend, the Art Center of Sarasota will hold their Art in the Garden holiday arts fair, same day, same hours as Atomic along with the Friends of Sarasota County History Center, located next to the Art Center, who are hosting their first holiday fair scheduled for Saturday, 12/10 only, 11AM - 4PM.  It’s a beefy, puffed up, stuffed to the brim weekend with a little bit of something for everyone!  There will be a handful of food trucks at the show so come hungry, something for all, from vegan to bbq.

A raffle in support of not-for-profit animal rescue organiztion, the Sarasota Animal Advocates may be found located at the Atomic street fair.  Vendors have generously filled a basket with their donated hand made creations that one lucky raffle winner will win.  Probably the best and most affordable raffle one could hope to win, enough artsy and beautiful items to keep or to re-gift for the holiday season.

Atomic Holiday Bazaar charges admission to enter the main room which is $5 for adults, 12 & under get in free.  It is free to enter the Atomic Bay Front room and street fair, it is also free to attend the Art Center and History Center fairs.

100 tote bags are passed out by local derby darlins’ the Bradentucky Bomber roller girls to the first 100 adults and teens who enter the Atomic main room at both shows when the doors open at noon. Totes are stuffed with swag made by the vendors and coupons that can be used at the show or online.  Remember, don’t lose your place in line if you want a free tote, once the 100 totes are passed out, they are gone for good.
